By accessing or enrolling in any offering, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our offerings.

2. Description of Offerings

• Services: live or scheduled sessions, workshops, coaching, and similar guided learning events.
• Infoproducts: digital courses, downloadable guides, and recorded tutorials.
• Goods: printed materials, workbooks, and related physical items.

3. Enrollment and Delivery

All offerings are made available after completion of enrollment steps and receipt of any required fees. For digital and physical items, confirmation will be sent to your provided contact address.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Services

To ensure quality, we allocate dedicated resources to each session. You may request rescheduling up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Rescheduling requests are handled at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Refunds: If you cancel at least 14 days before the session, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable, as we reserve slots and incur planning costs.

4.2 Infoproducts

Infoproduct access is granted immediately upon enrollment. Due to instant availability, refunds are limited. You may request a refund within 7 days if you experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve. To request assistance or a refund, please contact us via Contact Form. After 7 days, all sales are final.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact us via Contact Form. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a credit to your original method of settlement within 30 days.

5. No-Refund Circumstances

Certain custom or on-demand services (including private coaching packages or bespoke workshops) are non-refundable due to the tailored effort and materials reserved exclusively for you. In such cases, you may request a one-time reschedule within 30 days of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Applied Economics Studio shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation, materials, or delivery delays.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
